On May 9th from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, Karen Johnson and Kent Klopfenstein will lead an orientation to Dayspring. The day's focus is to introduce Dayspring to 8-10 younger worshipers (ages 20-40) from both Dayspring Church and our sister faith communities. After introductions and time to get to know one another, we will talk about the history of Dayspring, explore how silence and the creation offer blessed resources for the Inward Journey, and discuss/practice ways to be in the silence and listen to the creation’s wisdom. The day will include a walking tour of the property and lunch, which we will provide. At lunch we hope to be joined by a few guests from our community for whom Dayspring and C of S have been especially important since the early years.
